Position: Exam Invigilator
Hours: Flexible – Morning, Afternoon and Full-Day Shifts Available

Join Our Team of Exam InvigilatorsKey Stage are currently recruiting reliable, professional and organised Exam Invigilators to support secondary schools and colleges across Lancashire during busy examination periods.
We work with schools in a variety of locations throughout Lancashire, offering flexible opportunities that can fit around other commitments. Whether you're looking for occasional work, part-time hours or a way to gain experience within education, this could be the perfect role for you.
No previous exam invigilation experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and fully prepared before your first assignment.
Areas We CoverWe recruit for schools across many areas of Lancashire, including:
Blackburn
Darwen
Burnley
Accrington
Clitheroe
Preston
Chorley
Leyland
Lancaster
Morecambe
Kendal
Carnforth
And surrounding areas.The Role As an Exam Invigilator, you will play an important role in ensuring examinations run fairly, smoothly and in accordance with examination regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing examination rooms before candidates arrive.
Checking candidate attendance and identification.
Distributing and collecting examination papers securely.
Supervising students throughout examinations.
Ensuring exam regulations are followed at all times.
Maintaining a calm, professional and quiet exam environment.
Recording incidents where required.
Collecting and returning completed exam papers securely.We're Looking ForSuccessful candidates will demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
A professional and approachable manner.
The ability to remain calm and observant.
Attention to detail.
Confidence following procedures and regulations.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) will be required.
