📍 Skelmersdale | 🕘 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
💰 £40,000 Basic Salary + Commission
Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and leading successful teams? We're looking for an ambitious New Business Manager to take ownership of business development activities, drive growth, and lead a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales leader who enjoys building relationships, developing sales strategies, and motivating others to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop the New Business team.
Generate and convert new business opportunities.
Develop and implement sales and lead generation strategies.
Monitor team performance, KPIs and sales activity.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Produce regular management reports and sales forecasts.
Oversee CRM management and ensure accurate record keeping.
Attend networking events and exhibitions when required.
Handle sales-related customer enquiries and complaints.About You:
Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales or New Business Management role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
Previous team management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Organised, commercially minded and self-motivated.What's on Offer?

Uncapped commission earnings
