Location: Chiswick, Hounslow
Job Type: Full-time, Mainstream School
Start Date: September 2026
Pay: Daily Rate of £95- £120
Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join a lovely mainstream school in Chiswick, providing essential support to students with additional needs.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
* Assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
* Implementing strategies to support students’ emotional regulation and engagement in learning
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Helping students develop confidence, independence, and social skills
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN (desirable but not essential)
* Experience working with Early Years children
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to support individual needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for making a difference in students' lives
* Relevant training or qualifications (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 TA qualification) is a plus but not required
