A warm, nurturing early years setting is seeking a passionate, committed and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its dedicated team supporting children aged 2–5.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified EYFS practitioner (or equivalent) who thrives in a high‑quality, full‑year provision. You will play a key role in supporting children’s social, emotional and early academic development through play‑based learning, strong routines and positive relationships.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is highly motivated, positive and enthusiastic
* Has high expectations for all children, including our youngest learners
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of early childhood development (ages 2–5)
* Creates warm, nurturing and stimulating learning environments
* Encourages independence, curiosity and a love of learning
* Is committed to raising standards and achieving excellence
* Works effectively as part of a collaborative team
* Is organised, proactive and adaptable within a full‑year provision
* Communicates confidently with colleagues, parents and children
* Uses positive behaviour management appropriate to early years
