Zest Education are looking for a nurturing 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil at a primary school in Sutton Coldfield. This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with children who require additional guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 academic and emotional support
* Assist with individualised learning activities
* Encourage focus, confidence and engagement
* Liaise with teaching staff and parents regarding progress
* Help maintain a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children in a primary setting
* A patient and compassionate approach
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow direction from teaching and SEND teams
