The Role
As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring every vehicle is restored safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.

Key responsibilities include:
·Repair damaged vehicle panels using approved repair methods.
·Remove and replace damaged body panels where required.
·Realign vehicle structures using specialist repair equipment.
·Carry out welding, filling, and metal finishing to manufacturer standards.
·Work closely with Paint Technicians and MET Technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
·Complete repairs within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional quality.
·Ensure all work complies with health and safety and manufacturer guidelines.
·Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.

About You
This role would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician who is passionate about producing high-quality repairs.

You should have:
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician, or Body Repair Technician.
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Strong knowledge of modern body repair techniques and equipment.
·The ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints.
·Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
·A positive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
·A full UK driving licence.
