HR Operations Analyst
Our client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint a graduate HR Operations Analyst to manage the administrative lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Your specific responsibilities as graduate HR Operations Analyst will include:
* Co-ordinating the onboarding of new hires
* Generating offer letters, conduct pre-employment screening, reference checks and right to work verification
* Maintaining new joiner checklists, guides and induction materials
* Processing promotions, transfers, contract amendments and leavers, using HRIS
* Administering reference requests with third parties
* Maintaining and updating accurate employee records in line with GDPR guidelines
* Resolving queries from employees and managers
* Assisting with data cleansing and audit activities
* Liaising with external providers of background screening, benefits and payroll
As graduate HR Operations Analyst you will need:
* A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university
* Prior exposure to HR administration an advantage
* Confident working with data and systems, such as Excel
* Highly organised, discreet and trustworthy
