This SEMH Teaching Assistant role is ideal for:

Experienced Teaching Assistants

Youth Workers

Residential Support Workers

Psychology, Criminology or Education graduates

Individuals with relevant voluntary or support work experience

The Role

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs.

Help students regulate their emotions, develop positive behaviours and engage confidently in learning.

Build positive, trusting relationships that promote confidence and resilience.

Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, therapists and external professionals to support individual learning plans.

Assist with behaviour strategies and interventions that enable pupils to achieve their full potential.

Competitive weekly pay of £470-£520.
