Location: Hereford

Quantum Scholars is looking for a caring, reliable and experienced Primary Tutor to support pupils in Hereford. This role would suit someone who is confident working with primary-aged children and can provide engaging, personalised support to help pupils build confidence and make progress.
The role may involve
Providing one-to-one or small group tuition for primary-aged pupils
Supporting learning in core subjects such as English and maths
Planning and delivering sessions that are appropriate to each pupil's needs and ability
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits
Adapting teaching approaches to suit different learning styles
Working closely with parents, carers, schools or other professionals where required
Keeping clear records of pupil progress and session outcomes
Promoting a safe, supportive and encouraging learning environment
Essential requirements
Experience supporting or teaching primary-aged pupils
A good understanding of the primary curriculum
The ability to build positive relationships with children and support their confidence
Strong communication, organisation and behaviour management skills
A patient, professional and flexible approach
You must have the right to work in the UK.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to apply for one
Suitable professional references
