Procurement & Sourcing Operations Analyst
Location: Dublin
Role Type: Permanent
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday)

What You'll Do

  • Lead low-to-medium complexity sourcing for products and services (including competitive bids), handling negotiations, supplier selection, contracts, and final handoff to business owners.
  • Liaise with sourcing teams, business leaders, legal, Contract Advisory and TPRM, keep stakeholders updated, and provide complete documentation while explaining contract requirements and risks.
  • Analyse supply market data and industry trends to recommend suppliers and shape category strategies that align with the business's funding, forecasting and overall objectives.
  • Turn analytics into clear, actionable insight and presentations, sharing best practice, potential solutions and likely obstacles with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, proactively facilitating communication and driving engagements to resolve issues.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks, and communicate proposed solutions to management and stakeholders to secure input and buy in.
  • Champion adherence to global procurement processes and fair business practices, supporting training and special projects to ensure best execution and price for products and services.
  • Educate stakeholders on procurement and contract considerations, manage personal time to align with ESM priorities, and perform other duties as required.

What You Bring

  • Minimum three years' relevant experience, including support for contract negotiations and running RFQ/RFI/RFP processes.
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or Technology is desirable.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability and willingness to escalate issues proactively.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Executive level presentation skills desirable.
  • Experience working with remote teams desirable.
