we're looking for an experienced Senior Business/Technical Analyst to join a large-scale regulatory transformation programme within financial services.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to analyse requirements, assess impacts and translate complex regulatory requirements into delivery-ready solutions.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working across both business and technology within fast-paced change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct impact assessments across systems and processes.
• Produce functional documentation and maintain traceability.
• Support data analysis and process modelling activities.
• Work closely with solution architects and development teams.
• Assist delivery planning throughout the programme life cycle.

Required Experience

• Extensive Business Analysis or Technical Analysis experience.
• Banking or Financial Services background.
• Experience supporting regulatory change programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and process mapping techniques.
