We're recruiting for an experienced Programme Delivery Lead to join a major regulatory transformation programme within the financial services sector.

This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of a large-scale technology programme supporting the implementation of new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements. You'll work across multiple technology and business workstreams, providing leadership throughout programme mobilisation, planning and execution.

This role is suited to someone who has successfully delivered complex banking transformation programmes and can quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Drive programme planning, governance and delivery reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and critical milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery against regulatory deadlines.

Required Experience

• Extensive Programme Delivery or Programme Management experience.
• Proven delivery of large-scale banking or financial services transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering regulatory or compliance programmes.
• Strong governance, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating within complex, multi-vendor environments.
