We are currently looking for a Data Analyst - Supply Chain & Operations to join a leading international retail company undergoing a major digital transformation. This role will play a key part in transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, inventory optimization, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities across inventory, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment functions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide Real Time visibility into business performance, using KPIs such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, OTIF, lead times, and service levels.
  • Partner with supply chain, operations, and technology teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and reporting frameworks.
  • Support ERP and systems integration projects by validating data quality, reconciling datasets, and ensuring consistency across multiple business platforms.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and root-cause investigations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Contribute to AI and advanced analytics initiatives by preparing datasets, supporting forecasting models, identifying automation opportunities, and helping the organization leverage predictive insights across the supply chain.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI visualization tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel and Python.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (eg, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, Operations, or Retail environments.
  • Experience with demand forecasting, inventory planning, or forecasting models.
  • Exposure to AI-driven analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning, or data science initiatives.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Big plus: Hands-on experience supporting forecasting initiatives and AI-driven analytics projects within a retail, E-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
