SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting on behalf of an independent preparatory school in Milton Keynes for an experienced and knowledgeable SENCO to join the school from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated SEND professional to provide specialist support on a part-time basis, working approximately 2–3 days per week. The role will continue until further notice.
We are looking for someone who has:

Significant experience supporting children and young people with SEND.
*
A strong understanding of SEND legislation, the SEND Code of Practice and inclusive education.
*
Experience leading or coordinating SEND provision within a school setting.
*
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, parents and external agencies.
*
A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to support high-quality provision and positive outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the school's SEND provision, providing guidance to staff, working closely with families and helping to ensure that every pupil receives the support they need to thrive.
