Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Company Van

The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Electrician to join a well-established property maintenance team, delivering high-quality electrical services across residential properties throughout Berkshire and the surrounding areas.
This is a varied role involving electrical testing, inspections, fault finding, repairs, installations and planned maintenance. You'll play a key role in ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
Complete electrical testing, inspections and certification.
Diagnose faults and carry out responsive repairs.
Undertake electrical installations, upgrades and planned works.
Ensure all work complies with current regulations and health & safety standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service while working in occupied residential properties.
Accurately complete all job reports using a tablet/mobile device.
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 3 / AM2 (or equivalent).
City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent).
Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable:
Previous experience within social housing or property maintenance.
NICEIC registration or certification.
