Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking to join a respected and supportive legal practice in Fife? Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their established Private Client team, providing high-quality support across a varied caseload.
About the Role
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with a range of private client matters. Working closely with clients, colleagues, and external organisations, you'll help deliver an exceptional service while managing your own workload in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the administration of executries and estates
Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other private client documentation
Managing client correspondence and maintaining accurate case files
Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and third parties
Conducting legal research and preparing supporting documentation
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulatory requirements
Supporting solicitors with day-to-day administration
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service deliveryAbout You
Previous experience working as a Paralegal within Private Client law
Knowledge of executries, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and estate administration
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Professional and empathetic approach when dealing with clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a busy team
