Are you an organised and detail-oriented legal professional looking to develop your career within a supportive and fast-paced environment? Our client - a well-established and respected legal practice - is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join their busy team in Aberdeenshire.

About the Role

As a Paralegal, you'll play a key role in supporting solicitors across a range of legal matters, helping to ensure the smooth progression of cases from instruction through to completion. You'll be responsible for managing legal documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and delivering a high standard of administrative and legal support.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting solicitors with the day-to-day management of case files
Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and court paperwork
Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information
Liaising with clients, courts, local authorities, and other third parties
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
Supporting with file opening, document management, and case administration
Providing a professional and efficient service to clients at all times

About You

Previous experience as a Paralegal or within a legal support role
Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Professional, approachable, and client-focused
