Our client is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Paralegal to join our growing and highly regarded property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced conveyancers, gain exposure to a varied caseload, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the property transaction process.
As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will provide vital support to fee earners across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including:
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
* Opening and managing client files.
* Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation.
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties.
* Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion matters.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
* Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
Experience and Skills Requirements
* Previous experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing team.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
