SEN Teacher - Barking and Dagenham

£200-£250 per day

A specialist school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to support pupils with additional needs in a structured and nurturing setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working closely with small groups and making a genuine difference to pupils who require tailored learning approaches.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver differentiated lessons aligned to EHCP targets

Support pupils with complex needs, including ASD and SEMH

Build strong relationships to promote engagement and emotional regulation

Work alongside therapists, support staff, and senior leaders

Track progress and contribute to reviews and planning meetings

We're looking for someone who:

Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

Has previous SEN teaching experience in the UK

Is adaptable, proactive, and confident managing behaviour

Has a strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices
