About the School
I'm currently working with a highly regarded specialist SEN school that supports pupils aged 7–19 with profound, severe and complex learning difficulties. Contract -Permanent | Full Time
Salary - MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance, with a TLR2 available for the Literacy Subject Lead position.

About the Role
These opportunities are ideal for teachers who already have experience working with students with profound, severe and complex learning difficulties (PMLD/SLD) and are looking to develop their career within a specialist setting.

For experienced SEN teachers looking for progression, there's also a Literacy Subject Lead position, where you'll continue teaching while leading literacy and communication across the school. * Experience with EHCPs, Annual Reviews and personalised learning plans

* Confidence managing multidisciplinary classrooms and leading support staff
