Are you a passionate and dedicated primary teacher looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and welcoming school environment?

We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Brackley that is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator who is passionate about inspiring young learners and supporting every child to achieve their full potential.

The school is ideally looking to appoint on a permanent basis, although long-term opportunities may also be considered for the right candidate.

Role Highlights:

Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
Support both academic progress and pupils' social and emotional development
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils across a range of abilities
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing clear and effective feedback
Promote positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and resilience
Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil outcomes
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities, trips, and events

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (KS1 or KS2 desirable)
Strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
A nurturing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
A strong commitment to raising pupil attainment and supporting whole-child development
ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will receive full support and mentoring
