Electrician - North Cornwall

Experienced Electrician required on social housing maintenance works in North Cornwall (Bodmin up to Bude) for a very busy and well liked maintenance contractor.

We have the option for responsive maintenance or planned works kitchens and bathrooms.

Permanent position with a well established and friendly team.

Fortnightly pay
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Company van and fuel card
40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm

Electrician Day to Day:

Work in social housing properties
You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of electrical maintenance
Either planned works kitchens and bathrooms (rewires and maintenance) or responsive maintenance
Dealing with customers as and when required
Attending various properties during the day if on response
Making safe and following correct procedure
Working alongside other trades on planned works
Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Driving company van safely and responsibly

Electrician Requirements:

Good electrical experience
18th Edition
AM2 desirable
2391
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
DBS will be carried out
