The Role - SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant
Seeking a resilient and proactive SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism and social, emotional and mental health needs. The role involves supporting pupils to access learning, implementing behaviour support strategies, promoting emotional regulation and encouraging independence within a structured and nurturing environment.
