Working closely with experienced teachers and the school's dedicated SEN team, you'll help create a calm, engaging learning environment where pupils can build confidence, develop positive relationships and achieve their full potential.

• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to support plans.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
• Experience working with children with SEMH, behavioural needs or additional learning needs.
• A calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
