We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading UK automotive accident repair group with multiple sites nationwide, to appoint a Vehicle Paint Sprayer at their busy Leominster centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled and experienced motor trade individuals seeking a rewarding role in a reputable and forward-thinking company.

42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times between 7:00am-5:30pmDuties of a Paint Sprayer:

Complete all paint spraying tasks to the highest quality standards
Ensure all jobs are finished within the estimated paint times
Safeguard customer vehicles and their contents during repairs
Adhere to safety standards and procedures for vehicle re-delivery
Accurately interpret and implement technical instruction data
Use paint mixing schemes, drying areas, and equipment correctly
Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager if work orders are unclear or incorrect
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Work effectively within a team environmentRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:

Fully qualified Paint Sprayer, ideally to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Consideration for individuals without formal qualifications if they have extensive hands-on experience
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong work ethic, commitment, and team player attitude
Proven ability to produce high-quality workmanship in a busy environment
Motivated to meet team targets
ATA accreditation is highly advantageous but not essentialThis role offers an excellent chance to develop your career with a distinguished company in the motor trade sector.
