THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you'll be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring every repair is completed with precision and attention to detail. Working as part of an experienced Bodyshop team, you'll help deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction on every job.

Key responsibilities include:
·Preparing vehicles and panels for the painting process
·Mixing and colour matching paint to achieve seamless finishes
·Applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat using modern spray equipment
·Carrying out high-quality refinishing work on repaired vehicle panels
·Identifying and rectifying paint defects where required
·Working closely with Panel Beaters and MET Technicians to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround
·Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
·Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and quality standards

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a skilled Paint Sprayer who takes pride in producing outstanding work and enjoys being part of a professional Bodyshop team.
You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician / Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Automotive Paint Technician / Paint Refinisher
·Proven experience working within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop
·Strong knowledge of modern paint systems, colour matching and refinishing techniques
·Excellent preparation and finishing skills
·A keen eye for detail with a quality-first approach
·The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
·A positive attitude with excellent time management skills
