Car Paint Sprayer, Spray Painter Vacancy

We are looking for a highly skilled Paint Sprayer to join a leading Bodyshop in the Leominster area on a permanent basis.
Key Role and Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:
Carry out high-quality bumper and trim repairs to manufacturer standards
Assess vehicles and identify any additional repair requirements before work commences
Complete minor dent and surface defect rectification to prepare vehicles for paint
Accurately mix and colour-match paint to achieve a flawless finish
Apply paint finishes using modern spraying techniques and equipment
Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all work meets company and customer expectations
Requirements for a Paint Sprayer:
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre environment
A stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability
Strong hands-on skills with a quality-focused approach to vehicle refinishing
Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to consistently deliver work to the highest standards
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing first-class results
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
