Portfolio Payroll are currently partnered with a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Eastbourne who are on the search for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

This role can be considered part-time (25 hours a week) or full time (36.25 hours a week). Part time will be working purely on the payroll, full time will be getting involved in other duties such a bookkeeping.

Responsibilities will include:

Work alongside the Payroll Manager in processing c200 clients ranging in sizes
Processing accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary.
Managing any payroll changes accordingly
Handling and assisting with any client queries
Working alongside and communicating with other departments where required
Assisting with bookkeeping duties
Assisting with ad hoc duties where required

2+ years processing payroll is essential, experience processing client's payroll within a bureau or accountancy environment would be highly desirable
