Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a Logistics company based in Birchwood who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality payroll service while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The role:

Payroll Administrator to process a weekly payroll from start to finish across multiple sites
Set up and pay new starters & leavers
Record and validate time & attendance, absence, sickness, and holiday data
Payslip production
BACS payment processing
Support pension administration, including auto-enrolment
Deal with payroll queries
Support payroll projects and continuous improvement

About you:

1-5 years' payroll administration experience - Salary depends on experience
Strong data entry and accuracy skills with high attention to detail
Good working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements
Experience using payroll systems
Confidence using Excel
Strong organisational skills
Problem solver
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Customer service focussed
