Location: London
Salary: £40-48,000 DOE
I'm partnering with an award-winning AJ100 architectural practice to recruit a skilled Senior Architect for their vibrant and sociable studio in London. The team delivers a wide variety of projects across residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors, with a strong emphasis on sustainable design and creating spaces that put people first.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Architect:
Lead the design and delivery of projects across residential, education, mixed-use, and commercial sectors
Manage projects through multiple RIBA stages, maintaining high design and technical standards
Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages, specifications, and technical documentation
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Contribute to sustainable design strategies and innovative technical solutions
Lead client meetings and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Mentor and support junior team members within the studio
About You:
Qualified Architect with ARB registration
Significant post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice
Proven experience leading projects across multiple RIBA stages
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
Confident, proactive, and capable of managing project responsibilities independently
