Job Overview

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architect to join an employee-owned architectural practice based in Fitzrovia, London. The role focuses on leading the delivery of complex healthcare and education projects across multiple RIBA stages, making it well suited to an ARB Registered Architect with strong technical delivery experience and excellent Revit skills.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead projects across RIBA Stages 3-6

Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams

Prepare planning, tender and construction information in Revit

Attend client, consultant and contractor meetings

Undertake site visits and resolve technical queries

Manage project programmes, resources and deliverables

Support and mentor junior architectural staff

Deliver technically robust and compliant design solutions

Skills & Experience Required

ARB Registered Architect

At least 5 years' post-Part III UK experience

Strong healthcare, education or complex public sector experience

Excellent Revit proficiency

Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations

Experience coordinating consultants and project teams

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Collaborative approach with mentoring experience

Salary & Benefits

Salary up to £55,000

Employee ownership scheme

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
