Overview of the Role
Senior Architect job in Holborn with an established architectural practice, working across residential, commercial, data centre and mixed-use projects. The role covers all RIBA stages, with responsibility for delivery, quality, coordination and mentoring within a collaborative studio environment.
Practice & Project Information
The practice delivers technically robust projects across the UK and overseas. The London studio offers hybrid working, structured CPD and professional development, with opportunities to work on high-profile schemes while contributing to project delivery and technical design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
Produce planning and construction drawings using Revit
Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors
Apply UK building regulations, specifications and construction methods
Manage timelines, scope, budgets and quality standards
Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical design reviews
Required Skills and Experience
ARB and RIBA registered with 7+ years post-Part III experience
Advanced Revit skills, demonstrable at interview stage
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, detailing and technical documentation
Experience managing projects or work packages independently
NBS Chorus experience and data centre project interest are beneficial
