Quality Engineer Location: Egham
Salary: £37,000 per annum

About the Role Our client, based in Egham, is looking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company's quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems, ensuring compliance with internationally recognised ISO standards while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the maintenance of the company's three ISO management systems:
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
Assist in maintaining compliance at both local and group level.
Write, review and update company procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and the implementation of best practice.
Carry out internal audits to verify compliance with company processes and ISO standards.
Work alongside the external auditors during certification and surveillance audits.
Support supplier quality and manufacturing quality activities as required.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the business.Person Specification This position is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career in Quality Management who is keen to develop their skills within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
An understanding of ISO management systems, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (full training will be provided).
A diligent, organised and methodical approach to work.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
