Key Responsibilities
· SEMH support - Provide tailored assistance to pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.
· Behaviour guidance - Use de-escalation strategies and positive behaviour approaches.
· Classroom assistance - Work closely with the class teacher to deliver structured learning.
· 1:1 mentoring - Build trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and understood.
· Progress monitoring - Support emotional, social, and academic development.
