Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience managing a children's residential home.
Strong understanding of children's residential care legislation and regulatory requirements.
Experience leading and developing staff teams.
Demonstrable commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's residential home.
Ensure the home delivers high-quality care and support to children and young people.
Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and company policies.
Recruit, develop and support a high-performing staff team.
Promote positive outcomes and individualised care plans for children and young people.
Build and maintain effective relationships with external professionals, families and stakeholders.
Ensure safeguarding practices are embedded throughout the service.
Monitor the home's performance and drive continuous improvement.
