Children's Home Manager – Burnley

Salary: £52,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Burnley, Lancashire

New home for up to five children and young people aged 8–17

Benefits

Competitive salary package (£50,000 - £60,000 based on previous experience)
£3,000 joining bonus: £1,500 upon successful Ofsted registration, £1,500 after 6 months in post
£3,000 retention bonus after 12 months

Successful Clients

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or deputy role within a children's residential setting.
Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and best practice in therapeutic childcare.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
