Childrens Home Manager - 2 Bed EBD Home
Location: Chipping, PR3
Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum - inclusive of bonuses
Additional earning potential:
Ofsted bonus up to £3,000.00 per year
Sign on bonus up to £2,000.00 in the first 6 months
Total first year earnings potential up to £66,000.00
Ongoing annual earnings potential up to £63,000.00

What we're looking for
At least 3 years in a senior role within children’s EBD care
Previous leadership or management experience within a children’s home
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
Full UK driving licence
