HR Business Partner (Temporary Contract)
Salary: £48,000 (pro rata)
Location: Remote (UK)
Contract: Temporary | Full-Time
I'm pleased to be supporting our client, a well established organisation within the not for profit sector, in recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running, providing expert HR support across a range of employee relations matters while contributing to key HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations cases, including, disciplinaries grievances, absence management and performance issues.
Partner with managers to ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
Support and deliver HR projects, including organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coach and support managers in resolving people issues effectively.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports where required.
Work collaboratively with the wider People team to deliver an efficient and professional HR service.

About You

Previous experience working as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor.
Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex cases.
Confident working independently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.
