Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced **Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)** to support a primary school environment.
The school is looking for a confident and capable HLTA who can take on additional responsibility, support classroom learning, deliver interventions, and provide high-quality support across different year groups.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to progress further within education and use their skills to have a greater impact on pupil outcomes.
**The Role:**
* Leading learning activities and interventions
* Providing classroom cover when required
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Delivering planned lessons and small-group sessions
* Supporting teachers with classroom organisation and learning strategies
* Helping monitor pupil progress and engagement
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
* Confident leading groups of pupils independently
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about supporting children's development
