Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced **Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)** to join a supportive primary school.
The school is looking for a confident and adaptable HLTA who can support teaching and learning across the school, deliver interventions, and provide classroom cover when required.
This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys taking on additional responsibility and playing a key role in supporting pupil progress.
**The Role:**
* Leading planned lessons during teacher absence or release time
* Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Delivering intervention sessions and booster groups
* Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs
* Assisting teachers with planning and classroom organisation
* Helping monitor pupil progress and engagement
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds HLTA status or equivalent experience
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
* Confident managing groups of pupils independently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Positive and proactive approach to education
