Nursery Manager

£26,000 - £28,000 per annum Full Time | Permanent Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm

Looking for a Better Work-Life Balance Without Leaving Early Years Leadership?

Revive EYFS Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming, community-focused nursery seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for an existing Nursery Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step into their first management role while enjoying a working pattern that's rarely available within Early Years. With a consistent 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday schedule, you'll have the opportunity to lead a nursery, support your team and still enjoy your evenings and family time.

A Leadership Role Where You Can Make a Difference

This is a genuinely hands-on management role. Rather than spending every day behind a desk, you'll lead from the floor, supporting children, mentoring your team and maintaining outstanding standards across the nursery. Office space is available for meetings and management tasks, giving you the flexibility to balance leadership with direct involvement in nursery life. You'll oversee a close-knit team of eight practitioners across three rooms, supporting around 40–45 children in a setting where relationships, teamwork and quality childcare are at the heart of everything they do.

Why Join This Nursery?

This nursery believes that great leadership creates great outcomes for children. You'll become part of a supportive environment where staff are valued, children are nurtured and families are genuinely welcomed. You'll have the autonomy to influence the nursery's culture while being supported to develop both your team and the setting. For someone looking to combine leadership with an excellent work-life balance, opportunities like this are rare.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident and approachable Early Years leader who enjoys developing people as much as supporting children. You'll have previous experience as a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager or in another senior leadership role, together with a strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and high-quality nursery practice. You'll be organised, proactive and passionate about creating an environment where both children and staff can thrive.

What's On Offer

* £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

* Full-time permanent position

* Excellent work-life balance

* Floor-based leadership role

* Office space available for meetings and administration

* On-site and nearby parking

* Friendly and supportive team

* Three-room nursery caring for approximately 40–45 children

* Opportunity to shape the future of a well-established nursery

Ready for a Leadership Role That Fits Around Your Life?

If you're passionate about leading an Early Years team but want a role that also gives you time to enjoy life outside of work, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today through Revive EYFS Recruitment for a confidential conversation and immediate consideration
