Customer Services Executive – Temp to Perm
📍 Location: Between Spalding & Boston
🕒 8 hours per day | Working hours between 10:00am – 6:00pm

Our client is looking for a Part Time Customer Services Executive to join their friendly and supportive team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, delivering great customer service and working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Making outbound calls to customers to confirm and update information (approximately 150 calls per day)

* Providing accurate updates and maintaining customer records

* Supporting the team by handling overflow inbound calls

* Assisting customers with booking amendments and cancellations

* Delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times

What we’re looking for:

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Comfortable working to call volumes and targets

* Good attention to detail and administration skills

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
