We are seeking a Farm Manager to lead the operations of a large-scale family owed, vegetable farm. This is a hands-on role, where you will manage crop production, storage, and overall farm resource management. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure smooth daily operations, effectively lead and support farm teams, and drive operational efficiency across the business.
The Candidate:
Minimum of three years’ experience in arable farming with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and support farm teams effectively
Technical expertise in precision farming, data analysis, and crop management
Knowledge of compliance, assurance schemes, and regulatory standards
Full UK driving licence (PA, NRoSO, BASIS & FACTS qualifications desirable but not essential)
