Car Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our client's reputable main dealership in Cardiff, South Wales. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with recent or current main dealership experience in new and used car sales, seeking long-term career growth within a well-established organisation.

Basic salary of £25,000 per annum
Uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £60,000 annually based on sales performance

Every other weekend off, with Saturday hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday hours from 11:00am to 4:30pmDuties of a Car Sales Executive:

Engage in the sale of new and used cars, including accessories, finance solutions, warranties, and related products
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Keep customers informed regarding delivery progress and inform them of any delays
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues effectively
Collect payments and ensure smooth vehicle handover
Explain warranty and servicing arrangements to customers as a Car Sales Executive
Introduce customers to the Service Department and demonstrate vehicle features
Identify and maximise every sales opportunity through proactive customer engagement
Maintain comprehensive customer records and follow up to generate repeat business
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and manufacturer promotionsRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven recent or current experience in main dealership car sales, preferably within a reputable franchise
Strong sales record with a results-driven attitude
Excellent customer relationship skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Brand-focused approach with a genuine enthusiasm for automotive sales
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
