Our client, a reputable dealership in Gloucester, is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals looking to advance their career within a successful, franchise-approved dealership.

Benefits:

Basic salary of £19,000 with a company car or £23,000 without a car.
Uncapped on-target earnings of £45,000+ via performance-related commission.
30 days annual holiday, inclusive of bank holidays (time off in lieu provided).
Full manufacturer-accredited training programmes.
Staff discounts on car purchases, servicing, parts, and MOTs.
Cycle to Work scheme, healthcare options, and hospitality/event benefits.
Long-term career progression within a large dealer group operating across South West England and South Wales.
5-day working week, Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week, plus one late shift weekly.
Occasional Sunday working during March and September.Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Selling new vehicles, from city cars to large SUVs, alongside add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products.
Providing excellent customer service by informing customers of vehicle delivery progress, including any delays.
Addressing and resolving customer queries effectively as a Car Sales Executive.
Collecting payments and ensuring all administrative procedures are completed accurately.
Explaining vehicle warranties and service arrangements as a Car Sales Executive.
Introducing customers to the Service Department and demonstrating vehicle features.
Building strong customer relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in vehicle sales, ideally within a franchise-approved environment.
Strong desire to achieve results and exceed targets.
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
Brand-focused mindset and energetic attitude.
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
