We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Car Sales Executive position at their franchise-approved dealership in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to develop their career within the automotive sales industry.
Benefits:
Basic salary of £19,000 with a company car or £23,000 without one
Uncapped annual on-target earnings exceeding £45,000 through a performance-related commission scheme

Long-term career prospects within a well-established dealership group across South West England and South WalesDuties of a Car Sales Executive:
Selling new and used vehicles, including various models from compact cars to SUVs, electric vans, and commercial vehicles
Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective customer engagement
Promoting and selling additional products such as accessories, finance, insurance, and extended warranties
Keeping customers informed about vehicle delivery schedules and managing any delays
Resolving customer queries promptly and efficiently as a Car Sales Executive
Collecting payments and completing relevant paperwork prior to vehicle handover
Explaining warranty and service arrangements; introducing customers to the Service Department where appropriate
Demonstrating vehicle features and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to generate repeat business as a Car Sales ExecutiveRequirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Previous car sales experience is preferred but not essential
Experience within a franchise dealer environment or strong transferable skills from customer service or other sales roles
A strong desire to achieve results and deliver outstanding customer service
Ability to work independently, recognising and maximising sales opportunities
Brand-focused with energy and commitment towards meeting targets
UK driving licence with minimal points is essential
