For our customer in the Brussels area (2 days per week at the office) we are looking for an allround IT Tester: you are responsible for ensuring software quality throughout the development life cycle. You support testing activities, contribute to automation, and collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to test planning and participate in reviews
• Create and maintain test cases and test scripts
• Prepare and execute test campaigns
• Develop and maintain automated tests
• Analyze test results and report defects
• Support UAT activities
• Maintain clear test documentation
• Continuously improve testing processes and automation

Required Skills

Must Have

• IT Testing (3+ years)
• ISTQB knowledge
• SOAP, SQL, XML, HTML
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Jira, Confluence, Test Management tools
• SOAP UI
• Automation tools (eg ReadyAPI, Robot Framework)
• Groovy
• Experience in the insurance sector
