Salary: 14.24 per hour

Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and committed individuals to join our National Teaching Assistant Programme (NTAP). This fully supported training pathway is designed for people who have the right attitude and passion for working with children, regardless of previous school-based experience.
Through comprehensive training and ongoing support, you'll develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed as a Teaching Assistant in primary, secondary, or SEND schools across Lincolnshire.
The National Teaching Assistant Programme provides a structured route into education, combining professional training with valuable classroom experience.
Following successful completion of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to undertake a paid placement in a local school, gaining hands-on experience while supporting pupils and teaching staff in the classroom.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist pupils with their learning and development.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Work with individuals and small groups of pupils.
Promote pupil confidence, wellbeing, and achievement.
Develop valuable classroom management and support skills.
