We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchise dealership in Grimsby, Lincolnshire.

Basic salary up to approximately £36,815, dependent on experience, with the potential to earn up to £45,000 OTE
Work-life balance with 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis

Ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and industry knowledgeDuties of the Vehicle Technician:
Carry out comprehensive vehicle repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to a high standard of quality
Provide detailed reports on repairs and communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle maintenance
Work collaboratively with the team to meet dealership targets and uphold high customer satisfaction levels
Ensure vehicles are maintained and repaired according to manufacturer specifications as a Vehicle TechnicianRequirements:
Fully qualified Automotive Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent)
Demonstrable experience working within a dealership environment is desirable
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
