Location: Lincoln
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 Basic + OTE £49,500
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Saturdays on a rota

Wellbeing support programmesThe Role As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
Completing warranty work in line with manufacturer standards
Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
Carrying out MOT testing duties (if qualified)
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safetyRequirements
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
